You can request an appointment, get advice or submit an administrative request using eConsult, subject to the service's opening times.

Urgent appointments

To request an urgent appointment during opening times, telephone 01452 337733 or speak to reception at the surgery. The team will ask questions to identify the care you need.

Routine appointments

For a routine appointment, use eConsult when available, telephone the Practice, or speak to reception. The team will help direct you to an appropriate clinician or service.

Changing or cancelling appointments

If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible. You may be able to cancel using your NHS account or SystmOnline, or call the Practice.

Enhanced access

Some evening and Saturday appointments may be available for patients with pre-booked appointments. Check current opening and appointment arrangements with the Practice.

Home visits

Home visits are intended for patients who are too unwell to attend the surgery. If you believe you need a home visit, please telephone before 10:30am where possible.

Support with your appointment

Tell us if you need an interpreter, have communication or accessibility requirements, or have a preference about how you are contacted.

If you need help when we are closed

Use NHS 111 online or telephone 111. Call 999 in a life-threatening emergency.
